Great Gadzooks – Maine Striper Fishing
Great Gadzooks Maine Striped Bass and Tidewater Fishing invites you to experience Maine striper fishing on the beautiful Maine Coast. Captain Johan Brouwer, a Registered Maine Guide, has fished Maine waters for Striped Bass, Bluefish and other native species since he was a young man. He has added to this experience fishing in many locations throughout the world. The boat is based out of Bath Maine on the famous Kennebec River. Maine’s Kennebec River has one of New England’s few native Striped Bass populations. The lower Kennebec River is a tidal river that has many bays, estuaries, and adjoining rivers. It holds vast quantities of baitfish that lure in large and hungry schools of Striped Bass, Bluefish and other exciting gamefish. The fishing is outstanding.
Great Gadzooks Tidewater Fishing is proud to fish with a Jones Brothers Cape Fisherman LTE. This boat offers a truly remarkable fishing experience. Its safe, stable and has a ride that is second to none. It is powered with a Yamaha 150 four stroke that is quiet, powerful and environmentally friendly.
It is nearly impossible to spend any amount of time on the Kennebec without noticing that you are in a remarkable place. You’ll see Maine in a way that isn’t possible traveling on the beaten path. You are likely to see Eagles, Seals, Terns and a wide variety of Ducks and Gulls.
We are thrilled to have anglers of ANY SKILL LEVEL. From the total beginner, to the most experienced fisherman, you’ll not be disappointed. Families are welcome!
Great Gadzooks provides Top Quality tackle. All you need to do is step onto the boat, and off you go.
Your safety is our first priority, Period.
